Ballet classes focus on classical technique and set exercises from the RAD syllabus. A class in ballet will improve your dance technique, posture, rhythm, co-ordination, stamina, flexibility and balance. There are various classes for children of the age 3 and onwards.
A high energy class where students can learn jazz technique while socializing and having fun. These classes can improve stamina, posture, coordination, flexibility and confidence.
An extension from the Jazz class. The purpose of this class is to allow students to engage in a high-energy fitness class, which will increase flexibility, stamina and strength. This class is focused on stretching, flexibility and dance-based cardio exercises.
